Outfit your California lot, garage, or facility with durable, compliant parking signs. Start with the California-specific handicap signs required here, then add the everyday signs every lot needs.
Built to meet California requirements.
California layers its own rules on top of the federal ADA, and newer developments must also provide EV charging spaces and signage under the state Title 24 building code.
Every accessible parking space must display the federal "Reserved Parking" sign (MUTCD R7-8) showing the International Symbol of Accessibility. Van-accessible spaces need an added "Van Accessible" plaque, and the bottom of each sign must sit at least 60 inches (5 feet) above the ground so it stays visible above a parked vehicle.
Under California Title 24, new construction and major renovations must provide EV-capable spaces, and those spaces are typically signed and marked. We carry EV charging station signs for these requirements.
To tow an unauthorized vehicle from private property in California, the lot must post a compliant tow-away sign at each entrance under California Vehicle Code Section 22658, typically including the towing company name and phone number. Missing or non-compliant signage can void the tow.
