Tow-away enforcement
To tow an unauthorized vehicle from private property in Hawaii, the lot must post a compliant tow-away sign at each entrance under Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 290-11, typically including the towing company name and phone number. Missing or non-compliant signage can void the tow.
