All returns require prior approval from ParkingSigns.com. If a product is found to be defective by ParkingSigns.com, a replacement will be created and shipped. Refunds follow the guidelines in our "REFUNDS" section.

If your merchandise arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 48 hours. If we are at fault, UPS will pick up your order, and we will reprint and reship at no extra cost. Only initial charges apply; no additional shipping costs will be charged. If only part of the order is returned, only that portion will be reprinted using the original approved file. Refunds or credits will be for the product amount only; shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping dates are based on the approval of proofs and handled through UPS. TrafficSigns.com is not responsible for errors, damages, or delays caused by UPS, weather, acts of God, or other uncontrollable events. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes; a street address is required for every order.
Once shipped, all shipping terms apply regarding lost or delayed packages. Expedited shipping is recommended for time-sensitive orders, as ground shipments are not guaranteed. Refunds for shipping delays are limited to the amount refunded by the shipping company to ParkingSigns.com.

Orders over $500 include complimentary shipping insurance.
Damaged products must be returned for a replacement.
Lost Packages:
Replacements will be sent once the shipping company confirms the loss, typically within 7-10 business days. We encourage early ordering to allow for shipping times beyond our control.
Orders completed ahead of schedule will ship using a guaranteed delivery method. Refunds will not apply in these cases.
